Frequently asked questions

Why not just use Tally or a ready-made ERP?

Tally is excellent for accounts. Where marble, granite and tile businesses struggle is stock: batches, slabs, boxes versus square feet, and reservations. We can work alongside your accounting tool, or replace the stock and sales side with a system shaped around how you actually trade. We will say plainly on the call if an off-the-shelf tool is enough.

Does it handle GST invoices?

Yes, invoicing is built with GST in mind. During discovery we confirm your exact scenarios, such as intra-state and inter-state sales and tax rates by product.

Can it track slabs and batches separately from boxes or square feet?

Yes. Stock is tracked batch by batch in a base unit, and the system converts to the unit you buy or sell in.

Can we start with just one part, like stock and quotations?

Yes. We can phase the build: start with what hurts most, usually stock and quotations, and add purchases, accounts and payroll later.

How much does a custom ERP cost?

We work on a flat monthly retainer, and plans start from $1,200/month. We recommend a plan after a free discovery call, once we understand your scope.

We are in Gujarat — can we meet in person?

Our office is in Navsari, Gujarat, so for businesses in the region we can meet in person to understand how your yard, godown and office work before we build anything.

Do we own the code you write?

Yes. All code lives in your repositories and your cloud accounts, not ours. You can leave at any time with everything intact — no lock-in.
