Production data, stock and sales lived in spreadsheets and email. Teams could not see which materials were free, costs were hard to trace and invoices were made by hand.

What we built

A web ERP for manufacturing: production orders with a bill of materials, multi-location stock with alerts and transfers, order-to-cash invoicing, supplier and customer ledgers, and an analytics dashboard.

What changed

One system now holds the whole path from raw material to invoice. Material needs are calculated from the BOM, costs are tracked per order, and every module exports to PDF or CSV.
