Jewellery & Diamond E-commerce
Custom jewellery e-commerce, built for how jewellery sells
We build custom jewellery and diamond e-commerce platforms: variant-heavy catalogues, rate-driven pricing, bespoke ordering, B2B portals, marketplace sync and mobile apps. Two UK jewellery platforms, on our retainer for 4+ years.

Frequently asked questions
Should I build a custom jewellery store or use Shopify?
Shopify is a good fit when your catalogue is simple and your prices are fixed. Custom starts to pay off when you need many metal, stone and size combinations priced from live rates, bespoke or memo orders, wholesale accounts, or a link into your production and stock system. We will tell you honestly on the discovery call if a hosted platform is enough for you.
How much does a custom jewellery e-commerce platform cost?
We work on a flat monthly retainer: Starter Partner from $1,200/month, Growth Partner from $2,000/month and Full Tech Team from $3,500/month. We recommend a plan after a free 30-minute discovery call, with no obligation.
Can you connect diamond inventory feeds and marketplaces like eBay and Etsy?
Yes. Our JewelMounts platform integrates Nivoda diamond inventory and syncs product listings to eBay and Etsy using background batch jobs.
Can you build a mobile app for my jewellery business?
Yes. We build iOS and Android apps in Flutter from one codebase. For JewelMounts we built customer and seller apps with 3D product viewing, connected to the same backend as the website.
Can you work with our existing store or developer?
Yes. We often extend an existing platform — new features, integrations, infrastructure — alongside your in-house person or team.
We're based in the UK — does the timezone work?
Yes. We structure our workday to overlap with UK business hours and use async updates (Slack, Loom, weekly calls) to keep things moving.
Do we own the code you write?
Yes. All code lives in your repositories and your cloud accounts, not ours. You can leave at any time with everything intact — no lock-in.
