1. Who we are
This website (codbizz.com) is operated by CodBizz Technologies, 207–209 Central Bazzar Mall, Navsari, Gujarat, India. For any privacy question, write to [email protected].
2. What we collect
Details you give us. When you use our contact form we receive your name, email address, company, country, the service you are interested in, your budget range and your message. When you book a call through Calendly we receive the name, email and any notes you enter there. If you email or message us (including on WhatsApp) we keep that correspondence.
Details collected automatically. With your consent where required, we use Google Analytics 4 to collect information such as the pages you view, your device and browser, your approximate location, the site you came from, and whether you click our contact links (Calendly, WhatsApp, phone, email). We also store your cookie choice in your browser's local storage.
3. How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, schedule calls and prepare proposals.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it.
- To measure which marketing channels bring us enquiries.
- To keep reasonable business records and meet legal obligations.
4. Cookies and consent
We use analytics and, where we run advertising, advertising-measurement cookies. If you are in the UK, the European Economic Area or Switzerland, these stay off until you press Accept on the cookie banner. Elsewhere they are on by default and you can press Decline at any time. To change your choice later, clear this site's data in your browser and the banner will appear again.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. We use trusted service providers to run the site and our business, such as Google (analytics and ad measurement), Calendly (scheduling), an email-delivery provider (to route contact-form messages to us), and Cloudflare and our hosting provider (delivery and security). They process data only to provide their service to us.
6. International transfers
We are based in India and our providers may process data in other countries. Where required, we rely on the safeguards our providers offer for such transfers.
7. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and correspondence data for as long as needed to deal with your request and for our business records, then delete or anonymise it. You can ask us to delete it sooner (see below).
8. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, withdraw consent, or object to certain processing. If you are in the UK or EEA these rights come from the UK GDPR / GDPR, and you may also complain to your local data protection authority. If you are in India, you have equivalent rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Email [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable time.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No online service is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children
This site is for businesses and is not directed at anyone under 18.
