Do you build the learner app as well as the admin panel?
Yes, both: the learner-facing app and the admin system behind it. We build iOS and Android apps in Flutter from one codebase, connected to the same backend as your admin panel.
Can my team update lessons without a developer?
Yes. The curriculum — chapters, topics, levels and lesson plans — is managed from an admin panel, so content changes do not need a code release.
Can we see which lessons and games work?
Yes. We build reports by game, topic, level and layout, plus play-time and active-user analytics, so you can see where learners engage and where they drop off.
How do subscriptions and payments work?
We build subscription tracking into the admin system — plan transitions, transaction history and paid-user reports — and integrate with the payment and app-store billing your product uses.
How much does an EdTech platform cost?
We work on a flat monthly retainer: Starter Partner from $1,200/month, Growth Partner from $2,000/month and Full Tech Team from $3,500/month. We recommend a plan after a free 30-minute discovery call, with no obligation.
Do you work with EdTech teams outside India?
Yes. BrainPad is an international product. We work in English, overlap with your business hours, and use async updates (Slack, Loom, weekly calls) in between.
Do we own the code you write?
Yes. All code lives in your repositories and your cloud accounts, not ours. You can leave at any time with everything intact — no lock-in.
